When someone can refund our time, we will consider refunding their money.
Turnkey websites - All turnkey websites are sold as-is. Domain name registrations and ecommerce accounts, along with all related website files and information, are transferred immediately to you upon payment. There are no refunds for turnkey websites.
Custom-designed websites - All custom website design work performed by us is done on a half-down, half-on-completion basis. Once that down payment is made, you've given us the "go-ahead" to commence work on your website project. That down payment is, therefore, non-refundable. In addition, we cannot offer a refund once your project has been paid in full -- as you, the client, would never have paid us the final payment unless you were obviously satisified with the work we did. Final payment towards any project, and/or project stage/portion is deemed acceptance, and approval of our work. So, again, no refunds.
If this is not acceptable to you, then do not hire us.
